Title to mobile home
They received the information that I provided and said that they were looking into it…that was a month ago…nothing more from them yet!
I am hoping that someone can help me.
We have never received the title to our mobile home that we purchased new in 2006we had a mortgage loan through everhome on our original home that burned down in 2006we carried it over to the new mobile home located at the same location!
Our loan was paid off a few years laternow we need proof that the sales taxes were paid when everhome issued the check to Dream Home Builders Big Flats New York

Stole $9000.00 out of my account!!!
Someone made a fake check (not even my checks or check number) for almost $9000.00 and the bank cashed their check taking the money out of my account. The person that made the fake check didn't even sign my name to the check, but someone not even listed as an account holder.
The bank after I notified them said that I needed to submit an notarized account of what happened and they would return the money they LET because of their incompetency steal from my account that same day.
I sent them said form notarized and they received it as they emailed me back stating so. I also talked to the fraud department 3 times and was assured that the money would be in my account.
It has been since last week and is still not in my account. When I call and leave messages as I was instructed to do by the fraud dept. for help, no one answers or calls me back.
I want my money back as it is CLEAR that someone from their bank stole this money from me using my information.
There is no way anyone outside the bank would know that they could cash that large of a check against my account!
Also the bank cashed the check and didn't even look at who signed it on the face and that it wasn't even an account holders name! Nor was it my checks!!!
